Description:
Provides a pet food pantry for low-income Lake County residents who own up to three pets.
Eligibility:
- Must be Lake County pet owners
- Must be on public assistance (SNAP, Social Security, etc.)
- Pets must have updated rabies shot and be spayed/neutered

Visit during program hours to fill out the application
Documents Required:
- Proof of residency
- Proof of public assistance enrollment
- Documentation of current rabies shot
- Proof that pet has been spayed or neutered
