Eligibility:

Must be:
- U.S. veteran or their spouse, child or caregiver
- Receiving VA, TriCare, or CHAMPVA benefits
- Enrolled for care at Captain James Lovell Federal Health Care Center

Intake Process:

- Call for an appointment or walk-in
- Must be registered as a patient at Captain James A. Lovell at least 24-48 before receiving vaccination. Call or walk-in for registration assistance.
