Description:

Provides assistance to relative caregivers (kinship caregivers) caring for their relative's children who are not part of the welfare system. Services for relative caregivers includes:
Obtaining guardianship
Obtaining the Child Only Grant and other entitlements and benefits
Enrolling children in school
Obtaining benefits and entitlements
Making referrals for other services
Also provides cash assistance to obtain guardianship and meet the child's basic needs
