Description:
Offers supportive housing by retaining five local housing development. Provides 24 hour crisis response and on-site case management for residents. Works with local housing authorities/providers to provide housing options. Also helps residents maintain a budget and manage their money independently.
Eligibility:
Must be individuals ages 18 and older with ongoing mental illness. Must go through an intake process to receive services.
