Hardship Cases include:

- Disability
- Senior
- Loss of employment
- Unexpected loss of income
- Victimized by criminal activity
- Low/no income
- Family crisis
- Property damage
- Subsidized housing
- Transitional situations

Eligibility:

Must meet income guidelines, have a past due amount, and a qualifying hardship.

!€¢ Proof of 30-day gross income for all household members 18 and older. (Wages, SSI/SSA, Pension, TANF, AABD, Unemployment, etc.) including income for children receiving child support and Social Security benefits.
!€¢ Your most recent heating/electric/water bills.
!€¢ Proof of Social Security Numbers or ITINs for all household members. Undocumented individuals are welcome to apply!
