Provides individual with disabilities with support in obtaining and maintaining community-based competitive employment. Also offers:
Assessment of job readiness, transferable skills.
Job Coaching to help an individual in maintaining employment.
Job Development and Placement.
Job Retention skills for those that need training, monitoring, or job coaching for specific tasks associated with the job.
Services may also involve working with the employer, co-workers, and family members to enhance job stability.
