Description:

Provides operators to relay conversations between people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, and those they wish to communicate with by telephone. Service offered 24 hours a day. Both TTY callers and voice callers may use relay service to communicate. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

Open to individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech disabled, and those needing to communicate with them by phone
