Description:

Provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and supplemental food to eligible women and children. Offers assistance to buy healthy foods and baby formula. Also provides referrals to health care and community services.

Eligibility:

Pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding women and families with children (birth-5 years) with household size and income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level
