Description:

Offers transitional housing and supportive services for homeless men. Aims to help individuals reach self sufficiency within six months. Services include:
- Case management
- Counseling and support group
- Employment assistance
- Financial education

Eligibility:

- Must be an adult male, 18 years of age or older
- Must be sober for at least 90 days before applying, and maintain sobriety
- Must have a sincere desire and motivation to change lifestyle, and be willing and able to work
- May not be registered as a sex offender
- Must present a negative TB test (offers referrals if needed)

Intake Process:

- Apply online or visit during service hours
- All applicants will be interviewed and assessed by a case manager for final approval

UTILITY ITEMS: Mops, brooms, buckets, light bulbs, hangers, laundry baskets, storage containers, etc.
