Description:
Offers friendly visits from volunteers for older adults who live alone or are seeking companionship.
Eligibility:
Must be Lake County residents ages 60 years or older

$10.00 one-time application fee
Intake Process:
Call or visit website to apply. Application and waiver form can be provided by mail or printed from the website.

2. Grocery Shopper - Pick up list, to shopping and bring back groceries and help put away.
3. Friendly Visitor - Commit to one hour per week visiting an elder over the phone or in their home.
