Description:
Provides services to low-income veterans and their families who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Supportive services include:
- Housing stabilization
- Temporary financial assistance (including rent, security deposit, utilities and car repairs; based on eligibility)
- Intensive, short-term case management
- Assistance with VA and mainstream benefits
Eligibility:
- Must be a veteran or family member/s who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Household income must not exceed 80% AMI (Area Median Income)

Call or email to complete a phone screening and to schedule an intake appointment

- Social Security card
- Income verification for previous six months
- Bank statements for previous six months
