Description:
Assists older adults and people who are disabled apply for discounted license plates and Ride Free transit card.

Eligibility:
Must be Fremont Township residents (age 65 and older, or people with disabilities ages 16 years or older) who meet the following income eligibility requirement (as of January 01, 2020):
- $33,562 for a 1 person household
- $44,533 for a 2 person household
- $55,500 for a 3 person household
