Description:
Provides qualifying community members access to free or discounted internet benefits. Offers help in applying the benefit to their home or mobile account. Also offers a digital skills workshops. Offers help to apply for the benefit to new or existing internet service plans. Also offers help getting aid in digital literacy services, digital workshops, and more.

Intake Process:
By walk-in or appointment and registration.
Documents Required:
Qualifying Income-Based Assistance Programs Documents must be dated within the last year and/or show current coverage at the date of submission. Photo of documents is acceptable):
-Notice of Decision Letter for Food Support (Link/SNAP) (A dated letter showing current eligibility)
-Financial Assistance, such as GA, TANF, etc. (A dated letter showing current eligibility is required)
-Medicaid or Medical Assistance (A dated document that says !MA! or !Medical Assistance! on it)
-The National School Lunch Program!s Free or Reduced Lunch Program (Bring a letter from the school that includes the dependent!s name.
-Section 8, Federal Public Housing Assistance, or Group Residential Housing (GRH) (Dated copy of the lease)
-Social Security Disability (SSD) (Dated statement of benefits)
-Supplemental Security Income (SSI) (Dated statement of benefits)
-Federal Pell Grant (Copy of grant award letter)
* All required documentation is based off of what the ACP application requires. No Social Security Number is required for this program, just a valid form of Identification (can be foreign).
For households that qualify under the Net Income Test (200% Federal Poverty Level FPL) the following documentation will be acceptable as part of the application process:

Local batting cages/mini golf/bowling, ice skating, (28 people)
Gift certificates to various restaurants for Community Experience in dining out (aside from fast food) for higher level/independent living skills
Safety items
Emergency kit for each home (3) (battery operated lamp (3 each kit), flashlight, weather radio, etc.)
First Aid kits for each home
Medical supplies also welcome. A basic medical bag to have on hand to carry items for quick immediate medical care:
Ace Bandages, gauze wraps (several boxes would be nice), Gauze Pads, Antibiotic Ointment, Elbow and Knee brace, Large Bandages, sterile applicators for ointments, Medical Tape, Thermometer, etc.
Travel first aid kit for each van (3)
Heavy duty flashlights with batteries.
Volunteer Opportunities:
Currently looking for any and all interested volunteers, have to at least be of or past high-school age.
