Offers one-time financial aid to help township residents prevent eviction or utility disconnection.
Eligibility:
Must be a resident of Antioch Township and have already applied to:
- TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, and/or AABD
- Social Security Administration
- Illinois Department of Employment Security

Intake Process:
Call for an appointment or visit during office hours
Documents required:
- Completed application form
- Valid photo ID or driver's license with current address
- Lease or Mortgage agreement, Bank activity statement for the past 30 days
- Current and past-due bill or late notice (if applicable)
- Proof of income for the past 30 days
If applicable:
- Proof of application for SSI or SSDI (Physician's note stating medical condition, report of incapacity, determination of disability)
- Award letters from the Illinois Department of Human Services for SNAP, TANF, AABD, Medicaid
