Description:
Provides supportive services for parents. Offers in-home developmental screening for the children. Educates parents about parenthood skills and challenges and how to cope with stress. Also offers play groups and infant massage group.
Eligibility:
Must be active duty military, veterans and their families with children under 3 years old or expecting a child.
