Description:
Provides health care services for the LGBTQ population. Staff are trained and certified LGBTQ specialists. Offers all primary care services and the following specialty services:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy
- STI and HIV Testing and Treatment
- HIV Prevention Treatment (PrEP)

Open to all individuals in need of LGBTQ health care

Sliding scale fee depending on income and family size
