ILLINOIS EARLY INTERVENTION

Description:

Provides families with children under age 3 with suspected developmental delays service coordination of early intervention services including evaluations, connecting eligible families to therapies, community resources and transition.
Services include:

- Developmental screening for evaluation
- Developmental assessment for case management
- Speech therapy
- Developmental therapy
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Assistive technology devices

Services are tailored to each child's needs based on the level of delay experienced by the child.

Eligibility:

Any parent or medical doctor may refer a child who is under 3 years old and is suspected of having a developmental delay.

Spanish
Interpreter services available upon request

Sliding scale based on income: $0 - $2,400
Accepts private insurance
