Description:
Offers activities for cancer patients to release stress and improve physical functioning. Services include:
- Movement classes (exercise, yoga, etc.)
- Relaxation practices (meditation, mindfulness, etc.)
- Expressive arts (gardening, art therapy, knitting, etc.)
Classes available virtually and in-person.
Eligibility:
Must be 18 years or older, who are:
- Cancer patients (including individuals who are newly diagnosed, in treatment or living with chronic or recurrent cancer)
- Cancer survivors (ranging from individuals who recently completed treatment to survivors who completed treatment within the last five years)
