Description:
Provides case management and environmental health services to children and pregnant women with higher than normal blood lead levels. Services include:
- Child assessments
- State-required environmental health investigations
- Public health nurse and environment health referrals
- Education and prevention of lead poisoning
Eligibility:
- Must be Lake County resident
- Children aged 0 - 16 who have an elevated blood lead level
- Pregnant persons who have an elevated blood lead level
Languages:
Interpreter services available upon request.
