Description:

Distributes free diapers to families struggling to afford them. Period products are also offered at no cost. Individuals and families can come twice a month to receive supplies, but not twice in the same week. There must be a full 7 days between visits. Incontinence supplies are available for older adults, individuals with disabilities and children with special needs.

Eligibility:

Must be an Illinois or Wisconsin resident. Services provided for individuals, families and children. Diapers provided for children up to age 3. Pull-ups provided for children up to age 4. After that, a child is no longer eligible for diapers unless they provide IEP paperwork and/or doctor's note with a medical diagnosis.

Visit website to register - online registration is required 24 hours prior to first visit

Documents required:
- Online registration/intake form
- Government issued photo ID for parent/guardian (state ID, driver's license, military ID, passport, VISA)
-Birth certificate for any child that needs diapers
-Children over the age of 4 need IEP paperwork and/or doctor's note with medical diagnosis
-Medicare card for incontinence supplies
