Description:
Offers parents of newborns a safe alternative to abandonment, that is private, legal, safe, and supportive. Also provides a 24/7 confidential helpline to answer questions about the Safe Haven law.

Intake Process:
Safely relinquish your newborn up to 30 days old to a person at a Police Station (including Campus Police), Fire Station, Hospital or Emergency Medical Facility with no questions asked. Babies must be handed to a person at a Safe Haven location, but you will not be asked your name or other identifying information. No one will try to stop you or follow you.
