Description:
Offers patients access to a primary care physician to assist in their treatments. Also offers a 24 hour urgent care clinic. Provides walk-in or appointment treatments for minor illnesses and injuries. Other medical services include:
- Primary care
- Prenatal care
- X-ray and lab services
- Mental health counseling
- Nutrition consultation
- Fitness classes
Also provides house calls for acute treatment for asthma in babies and children. Also offers house calls for older adults who do not have adequate transportation.

Program Fees:
Fixed fees - First visit is $50, then $35 after first visit for people without insurance. Lab fees may vary.
