Description:
Provides woman that are heart disease survivors peer-to-peer support. Offers more than 100 support groups that meet monthly all over the country. Meetings are in-person and virtual through HeartSisters. Also offers one-on-one support through the SisterMatch program.
Eligibility:
Heart Disease Requirement: support group is for women who have been there or are predisposed to heart disease.
