Offers clinical and faith-based counseling services via telehealth to individuals, groups, and families. Services specialize in the following:

- Trauma
- ADD / ADHD
- Anxiety & Depression
- Blended / Step-families
- Grief & Loss
- Marriage & Family Issues
- Parenting Issues
- Self-esteem & Identity Issues
- Spiritual Struggles

Program Fees:

- Accept most insurances and are In-network Providers with most major insurances
- Sliding scale fee depending on income: $45 - $175 per session.

Intake Process:

- Call to complete a brief Phone Intake.
- Discuss any preauthorization, referrals, and/or agreements for insurance, third-party, or self-pay fees for service.
- Schedule your initial Intake Consultation.
- e-sign the online Initial Consultation E-Form. (Form must be agreed to and submitted to be seen.) http://www.love-light.org/appointment-info.html
- All paperwork must be completed completed in advance of scheduling Initial Consultation.

Documents required:
- Proof of health insurance, if applicable.
- Proof of income, if sliding scale.
- Intake Questionnaire from the website

(Appointments can only be made/cancelled via phone).
Appointments not kept and not cancelled will be charged a No Show Fee.
Appointments not cancelled 24-hours in advance will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee.
No Show Fee is $140.00 Late Cancellation Fee is $45.00.
