Description:
Provides non-clinical recovery support services to people with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Also provides recovery support for justice-involved individuals. All services are peer-led.
Co-occurring disorder services include:
- Assessment and individualized recovery plan
- Peer support specialist
- Individual and family support
- Safe and sober events and activities
- Smoking cessation information
- Referrals to 12-step and other resources
Justice-involved services include:
- Employment and resume help
- Legal services
- Housing resources
- Expungement/sealing
- Weekly support groups (anger management, parenting support)
Eligibility:
Must be Lake County residents
