Description:

Provides a full range of mental health services to youth and adults. Services include:
- Individual and group counseling
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (treats anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc.)
- LGBTQIA+ Therapy
- Mental Health Evaluations
- Referrals for ongoing psychiatric care

Eligibility:

Must be individuals 12 years of age and older

Languages:

Spanish

Program Fees:

- Accepts Medicaid
- Accepts private insurance
- Sliding scale fee, if no insurance

Intake Process:

If unavailable during walk-in hours, call to schedule an assessment appointment

Documents required:
- Proof of health insurance, if applicable
- Proof of income, if sliding scale
- Referral provider's pay order, if a referral source is paying for services
