Description:
Offers vocational, behavioral, and cognitive opportunities to help clients with mental illness improve their quality of life. Helps members overcome social boundaries and achieve their highest functioning level. Services include:
- Case management
- Skill-building groups
- Vocational services
- Health and wellness education
- Community support
Eligibility:
Must be individuals (age 18 and older) with ongoing mental illness (diagnosed or not).
Must go through an intake process to receive services.
