Description:
Offers a confidential monthly support group for family and friends supporting a loved one with a mental illness. The group is led by two facilitators who are experienced with taking care of a family member with mental illness.
*Also offers virtual monthly support group in Spanish via Zoom.

Must be 18 years or older and have a family or friend living with a mental illness
