Mobile health vehicle that provides free screenings for various medical concerns, including:
- Blood pressure measurement
- Blood sugar testing (diabetes screening)
- A1c Testing for those diagnosed with diabetes or prediabetes.
- Body mass index (BMI)
- Cholesterol testing (if fasting for 8 hours)
- Flu and Covid Vaccines
- Osteoporosis screenings (bone density testing)
- Referrals as needed for additional healthcare services or community resources
- Sports physicals for children and teens
