Description:
Matches youth with adult role models. Offers one-on-one mentoring. Each adult volunteer mentor gives their youth partner, their time, friendship, and understanding. Professional caseworker support is ongoing to monitor the growth of each individual match.
Eligibility:
Youth age 7 through high school graduation. Must reside in the following counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake.
