Provides financial help for residents in life-threatening situations or to maintain self sufficiency. They must meet certain guidelines and are limited to one payment every 18 months.

- Proof of Income in the last 30 days
- Public Aid Applications/Medicaid Card/Link Card

- Birth certificates for all family members
- Proof of citizenship
- Social Security cards for all family members
- Marriage certification, Civil Union certificate, or Divorce decree w/child support
