Description:
Offers subsidized senior-living apartments for low-income older adults only. Program always has a waitlist. Facility provides senior activities including social, educational, and spiritual programs.
Eligibility:
- Must be older adults 62 years of age and older with low income
- Annual income must not exceed $39,250 for a single person nor $44,850 for two persons
