Description:
Offers free health and wellness services to youth, adults, and seniors by qualified therapists and caseworkers. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Individual, couple, and family counseling
- Crisis intervention
- Grief counseling
- Case management
- Information and referrals
- Lending Closet (medical equipment borrowing program)
