Description:
Provides placement and support for children in a certified foster or adoptive home. Services include:
- Specialized Case Management
- In-home weekly caseworker visits
- Therapy
- Clinical Consultation
- 24-hour on-call service for crises
Also provides licensing for parents who would like to adopt or foster children.
Eligibility:
Adoptive applicants must at least 21 years of age, residents of Illinois, and United States citizens.
