Description:
Offers case management services to families and connects them to necessary resources. Areas of need include:
- Parenting classes
- Family counseling
- Legal aid and immigration issues
- Healthcare referrals
- Domestic violence counseling referrals
- Housing referrals
- Referrals to other local social service agencies for financial and basic needs
- Referrals to substance use, problem gambling, and mental health treatment
Eligibility:
Must be families with at least one child under 18 years old
Must participate in Parent Education Group
