Description:

Serves as residential halfway house for adults recovering from substance use disorders. Residents receive comprehensive recovery plan which includes:
- Individual and group therapy
- Employment and vocational counseling
- Workshops and seminars in human development
- Family involvement series
- Recreational and social activities
- Aftercare counseling and alumni activities

Eligibility:

- Open to adults aged 18 years and older, and must be sober for at least 30 days prior to entering program
- In order to participate in the Bridge House program, individuals must be fully vaccinated AND provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test

Set Program Fee:
$280 Down Payment, $20 per day thereafter
Sliding scale fee based on income and dependents
