Description:

Provides non-residential alcohol & drug abuse treatment program for adolescents and adults. Offers variety of drug-free treatment modalities and medication assisted addiction treatments, such as:

- 12-Step modalities of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) (Detoxification using methadone, Vivitrol, or suboxone)
- Screening and Assessments
- Individual and Group Counseling
- Intensive Outpatient Therapy
- Case Management

Eligibility:

Open to Lake County residents, adolescents to adults experiencing issues with drugs and/or alcohol

Languages:

Spanish
Interpreter services available upon request

Program Fees:

Fees for treatment based on income level
- Accepts most insurance
- Accepts Medicaid
- Accepts Medicare
- Sliding scale fee based on income, if no insurance

*No one is denied services due to inability to pay.
