Description:

Provides monthly financial assistance up to $350 to help individuals with living expenses and other basic needs. Financial assistance is given to people who are not eligible for any other State or Federal assistance programs.

Eligibility:

- Warren Township resident for at least 6 months and follows income eligibility
- Must not be eligible for any other state or federal assistance programs.
- Must have applied at Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), Social Security Administration (SSA), Illinois Department of Employment Services (IDES), and Illinois Office of Employment & Training (DCEO) prior to appointment.
