Description:
Provides transportation for older adults to medical appointments and personal errands. Volunteers use their own vehicle to give participants rides to their destinations.
Eligibility:
Must be older adults or adults who are disabled or chronically ill. If people have a wheelchair, it must be able to fold and the person must be able to move independently.
