Description:

Provides medical paratransit service for disabled residents and seniors who no longer drive. Residents can also schedule rides for errands, volunteering, and other trips.

Provides transportation services for the following:

Van Services:
- Offers door-to-door transport for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Destinations include non-emergency medical appointments and personal errands. Vans include a wheelchair lift.

RTA Passes:
- Provides applications for seniors and individuals with disabilities to receive RTA passes. RTA passes allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to receive discounted transportation rates.

Eligibility:

- Must be residents of Moraine Township.
- Must be 65 years of age or older or a resident with a disability.

Program Fees:

Set program fee:
- Cost per ride is $4 ($2 if resident is income-qualified); caregivers ride free.

RTA Passes fee:
- Free for township residents.
- $5 for non-residents

Intake Process:

For van services, call to schedule a ride up to 48-hours in advance. Services take residents to destinations up to 15-miles from Township borders. For RTA passes, call or visit during program hours to apply.
