Assists older adults and individuals with disabilities needing the following transportation:

In House-Demand transportation service:
Provides non-emergency, door-to-door transportation to medical appointments. Destinations within a 5-mile radius of the township:

-Lake Forest Hospital
-Glenbrook Hospital
-Highland Park Hospital
-North Chicago VA Hospital

Taxi-Cab coupons:
Provides taxi cab coupons for seniors and disabled adults to reduce the cost of taxi rides. Coupons are valued at $4.25.

- Must be older adults age 65 and over or disabled residents.
