Description:

Offers coordinated assessments to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk. Comprehensive services include:

- Day Resource Center:
Offers assessment for services and case management for people experiencing homelessness. Orients new clients on how to utilize the emergency shelter system and provides counseling services. Also provides basic hygiene products, a mailing address, and access to other basic needs.

- Emergency Overnight Shelter (Open October 1 through April 30)
Offers a temporary place for people to sleep every night from October to April. Clients receive dinner, camaraderie, breakfast in the morning, and a sack lunch to take with them.

- Outreach Program:
Offers information about services and how they can get out of homelessness and get back into housing to people who are staying outside.

- Supportive Housing:
Offers permanent housing for individuals with mental illnesses. Provides 24/7 supportive services on-site by clinical professionals.

- Prevention and Diversion Program:
Offers case management services for people who are on the verge of homelessness.

Eligibility:

Must be homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless, priority is given to Lake County residents. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian or be legally emancipated.

*Sex offenders may not receive overnight shelter but can be served through other programs.
