Eligibility:

A member of the household must be a recipient of one of the following programs:
- The National School Lunch Program (NSLP); free or reduced cost lunch.
- Receive HUD Housing Assistance.
- Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, TANF, Head Start, WIC, LIHEAP, VA Pension, Federal Pell Grant
- Tribal assistance
Members must also have not had Comcast Internet in the last 90 days.
