Description:
Provides intensive therapeutic interventions to youth in their natural settings (home, school, community). Assists in developing skills and strategies to improve functioning across these areas. Services offered include:
- Individual and family therapy
- Community support
- Treatment planning and case management
Eligibility:
Must be youth aged 3-18 years old.
