Description:

Responsible for the recording of deeds of trust, court decrees, and other documents affecting title to real property. Creates and maintains digital images of real property and vital records in a retrieval system available to the public. Also provides military service discharge records, also referred as DD214's. Also maintains Uniform Commercial Code filings and subdivision maps within the county.
