Description:
Provides in-home care to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Caregivers and certified nurse aids provide the following services:
- Preparing meals
- Laundry
- Housekeeping assistance
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Dressing and grooming
- Mobility assistance
- Bathroom safety, incontinence care, and toileting needs
- Medication safety
- Personal emergency response systems safety instruction
- Transportation services for shopping or outings
- Respite care
- Specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia care
Eligibility:
Must be an older adult (65 years or older) or an adult recovering from hospital stays, chronic illness, or has a disability.

Program Fees:
Set program fee: $35.00 per hour. Additional rate applies on holidays.
