Description:
Provides non-residential drug and alcohol addiction recovery program for adolescents and adults. Services include:
-Consultations
-Assessment and Evaluation
-Education
-Individual and Group Counseling
-Intensive outpatient programs
-Drug Testing
-Referrals to Psychiatric Care as needed
Eligibility:
Adults and adolescents (12 years and older) with substance abuse issues, including co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues.

Program Fees:
Sliding scale fee based on income.
Accepts Medicaid
Accepts Private Insurance
Intake Process:
Visit during program hours.

Global Assessments
- Proof of health insurance, if applicable
- Proof of income, if sliding scale
- Referral provider's pay order, if a referral source is paying for services
