Description:
Allows customers to pay a percentage of their income and receive a monthly benefit towards their utility bill. Also receives a reduction in overdue payments for every on-time payment they make by the bill due date.
Eligibility:
- Must be a Nicor Gas customer
- Must be LIHEAP approved, at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty level
