Intake Process:
To report a downed or sparking power line, please call or visit website. Residents may also text !OUT! to 26633. Clients will receive a text to confirm if they have a PARTIAL outage (i.e. flickering lights) or a FULL outage. After they confirm your outage is PARTIAL or FULL, the outage is reported.
