Provides medical alert system for client's neck or wrist. Transmits a signal to a 24/7 emergency monitoring center. Operators assess the situation and dispatch help if needed. Operators stay on the line until they are sure help has arrived.

Eligibility:

To qualify, applicants must be:

- Residents of Moraine Township;
- Seniors 65 years of age and older; or
- Individuals with disabilities; and
- Must be living alone.
